OUR STORY & MISSION

A Different Approach to Funeral Care

We are not just another funeral home. As a proudly queer-owned funeral home, Inclusive Funeral Care (IFC), believes every person deserves to be honored with dignity, authenticity, and compassion. We serve families as an end of life concierge service, providing guidance, support, and expertise every step of the way.

We work closely with death doulas, nursing homes, hospice providers, body donation programs, funeral homes, and crematories throughout Chicagoland and around world to ensure every family receives the care, advocacy, and resources they need during life's most difficult moments.

When you choose Inclusive Funeral Care, you are choosing a team of thoughtful, compassionate, and licensed Funeral Directors who will be as involved as you need us to be. We are committed to creating an inclusive, welcoming space where every family feels seen, respected, and supported regardless of their background, beliefs, identity or family structure.

Every family we serve has a unique story, and our approach is rooted in a simple philosophy: It's not who has died; it's who has lived.

We believe every life deserves to be honored in a way that reflects the individual and the people who loved them. Whether you prefer a traditional service, a simple cremation, or a personalized celebration of life, we will work alongside you to create a meaningful tribute that makes sense for your family.

When the time comes, we look forward to serving your family with dignity, compassion, and care.
